when i was in the US i just met too many of those stereotypical high school/college girls. The ones who say the really exaggerated oh myy goooddd. I walked away, they intimidated me.

It always confuses me a bit when Americans say 'you have an accent' or 'because of your accent'. You'd think that they'd be used it by now. It's not like people from Texas and Boston and Brooklyn all sound the damn same

Ofmg!!! I felt exactly the same way when I first came to USA too. Nobody could understand my accent, it was quite frustrating, actually it keeps happening to me sometimes. Everyone else was sweating while I was frozen, and yes!!! the expresion in people faces everytime I got exited about the damn cups was priceless.
