The Dalai Lama tells us of the importance of a calm mind. We then can see more clearly. It is also good for our mental and physical well being. We do not have to speak our every thought.
If our minds are cluttered with negativity we need to seek guidance to learn to let go and be still.
Life is not a competition, it is not about winning arguments or convincing others about our opinion. Be tolerant and do not judge. Free yourself from the imprisonment of ego "self".
