@FastFacto4 no... you never stated tazing the passenger... and you said "if he's a smart cop"... If you are not a cop how and the hell can you tell one how to do their job? You might not have done everything you are saying he should have done had it been you. Also... not all dept's issue tazers... I don't know how many more times I have to say that to you. Pay attention. You are not an expert and neither am I, BUT there was no right answer in this. Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda. its over and he lived!

@ThePolicesupporter I believe I stated that you shoot the passenger with a tazer. And yea, maybe if the cop was uber slow and pulled out his tazer like a retard, yea, he would have been quicker. But if hes a smart cop, he tazes the guy as soon as he steps out of the car, and takes the other guy down considering he's RIGHT NEXT to him. It's pretty hard to shoot someone with a handgun when your closer than arms length.

@FastFacto4 Yes... because if he did taze the suspect... the other driver CERTAINLY would not have gotten out and shot him... it would have done no good... on top of that, if to cop felt the magazine... the suspect would know and before the cop had time to get his tazer out he would probably be shot. It was 2 against 1... do the math. @patriot1900 this guy obviously knows the law on search and siezure... we should look out for his "frisking for dummies" book coming out this fall :) case closed!

@patriot1900 Because exclamation points and insults get your point across. Logical reasoning doesn't matter at all. I guarauntee you if that cop tazed someone they won't have the energy to even hold a gun upright, let alone pull the trigger MULTIPLE TIMES AND deal with the recoil. Case closed.
