What else do we have to offer the tourists? They have money to spend, but we don't have much to offer so we can capitalize on them. The pieces of art and Rhum Barbancourt are not enough! They are sick and tired of buying the same thing. We need to be able to take them to Citadelle and collect an entry free. Unfortunately, there is no good raods to get there. It takes for ever to cross 8 miles. What's more can we offer to these tourists so their visit can be lucrative to our country??
