This is unfortunate for this poor man. However, if you think this is huge there is a picture on the web on one of the Pleomorphic Adenoma related sites of a man from
S America. The fucking thing obliterates most of his face and hangs ( I kid you not)
down to to his waist. Unbelievable ! yes. The good news, it was succesfully removed and there is a another pic showing the the guy giving a happy toothless grin after his surgery.
