Axefx

This is some horsing aroud with the axe-fx using the dumble amp mod...trying to get an SRV tone when he was using the dumble amp.
don't mind the crappy playing...
I played through a cheap realistic power amp and a re-housed (in a home-made cab) stock 12" spkr from a peavey valve king.
used volume and pick-up selector to vary sound.

PLease take this as suggestion... When demoing a product such as the Axe Fx, you are going to get players who are strictly searching for the nature of the tone of this unit. My suggestion would be to record your clips direct so not to have background noise, the dog barking, mom yelling "dinner time!" etc...

I can hear the potential of what the tones you used could be, but if I were trying to help push this gear, I would do all I can to represent it in its best light.

Notes taper off like a digital modeler. SRV sounds flat and lifeless. Just being honest. Playing is fine its just the tone. Maybe some editing can improve it.

Pretty damn awesome. I love watching clips of this thing. I have an Axe-FX Ultra, and it's totally boss! Anyways, too cool, man.
