@meerkat00 I have a darton 30mx compound bow, think its from the 80's i dont know much about bow's is it a good one? is it worth keeping? what is it worth?
Did you also shoot that bird outside Hoyt Kansas? Check out the next generation of hunting blinds, hideabow.com made down the road from Hoyt Kansas!!!! Hideabow.com
i shoot at hoyt ultrasport and ive killed 2 turkeys with and and won't ever go back to a shotgun, i put back 60lb and use rage broadheads mainly cause i can use them for deer as well check out my video "King Strut Bowhunting Kansas Turkeys 2010"
oh it kinda looks like one...what i noticed about turkeys though is that if u dont want to track them, you get a broadhead that doesnt penetrate super well and that tears em up, like a rage. I think that when u shoot a turkey in the vitals with a bow there like tanks, deer drop closer and faster...
although your question was not aimed at me, i can tell you that that was definitely not the spitfire broadhead. spitfires are all black with silver blades and most of us do not shoot guillotines or bullheads because its more difficult to hit the bird, and some of us like to shoot the same broadhead for turkeys that we shoot for deer and other big game. not to mention the bullheads and guillotines can be illegal in some states and provinces.
nice was that the spitfire boradhead??? nice shot if i were u i would get special heads like the magnus bullhead so u can hit its neck and drop it right away
