I call this the dynamic BOSU hands plank. Each time you push off the BOSU make sure to keep your level and your spine in neutral alignment.
If you sweat a lot, place a towel over the BOSU so you do not slip off.
If you are a beginner this exercise is good for any point in your workout.
If you are advanced, try this at the end of a shoulders, chest, or arms workout.
It can also be performed on the floor or on 2 BOSU Balance Trainers.
