If u will learn the smithing perks u can easily buy the ingots from blacksmiths and create any gear u want withs oem leather the right ingots and if u going for daedric u need daedra hearts if u goign dragon u need dragon bones and scales.Keep in minde u wanted that arcane smith perk too .Good luck in smithign best thign to do is buy iron ingots leather strips and manufacture tons of iron daggers builds it fast dont forgetto go activate the warrior stone near riverwood to help u an extra 20%
