Fire Tuba plays Super Trouper

We came upon this fellow doing his thing near the Covent Garden tube station in London. It was quite a show. The music is from a German musician named Max Raabe, and it's a remake of an Abba song, Super Trouper. I don't know the name of the tuba player. Anyone seen him in other places?
