  • @falatoronto I guess you have never butchered before? You learn the bone dust thing pretty quick the first time you eat a cut of meat that hasn't had it done before. The bone fragments really ruin your dinner experience. I learned the hard way.

  • Now I've learned about scraping off the bone dust in the meat.
