  • Seriously, this was painful to watch: 1- slow down- it's not a race, it's a review. 2. Stop swirling the wine like you are mixing eggs. You break down essential tannins- leave the wine intact. You should be decanting these- and letting the oxygen do it's job gently. 3- This wine is NOT $40.00 for the general public. Good luck finding this under $200. 4:Stop spitting. You have a range of tastebuds in the back of the mouth and throat that sense flavor and you do not introduce the nose if you spit.
