Best way to keep people strong is to not down grade there mothers and fathers if they are poor instead of paying a faster parent $800 or $1200 per child pay the biological parents if they are drug or alcohol dependent put them in counseling and have a payee pay for there kids and home this is true recovery and good for the people. Foster homes are not the way it should only be a last resort.

well we should ask our State legislatures to get us some money in those big pork bills Congress keeps getting, If they can get 4 million dollars to study some weird bug ( I forgot the name sry) in FRANCE, we can make commercials. Also remember there is always public tv, and this online videos, make em good enough and people will watch, any ideas?
As a former foster child, I believe very strongly that foster care is a community effort.
Everyone can play a role.
Perhaps not everyone can be a foster parent, but they can:
-Mentor a foster child
-Volunteer at a foster care agency
-Donate money, or help with fundraising
-Join the foster of a foster care agency
I also respect the fact that 64 child welfare agencies collaborated on this campaign, rather than competing with one another.

You can make the same difference by mentoring, taking neighbor kids to ball games etc., while they are with their real parents. Do the government funded ads promote that? They used to, with the Big Brothers ads. But, that didn't earn money. Before you show support for the foster care system and how the government promotes it, learn the truth. The child is the one who loses, when you show support, blindly, to the foster care program. If you want to help a child, do it for the child, not for a lie.
