@rabgiamadeus i also did that in safe mode but it block everything for downloading what should i do!!!

the best way of removing this virus is by installing the new freeware version of avg2011(if you can't do it normally as a user then try it in safe mode)...at least that did the trick for me.Before that i tried installing a fresh copy of malwarebytes in safe mode and even the system restore trick,but with no luck,the damn thing kept popping up when i normally started windows.

Boot in safe mode with networking download malwarebytes run a scan. this will remove the virus.
