    Use a 100% cocoa butter chocolate i mean real chocolate (chocolat de couverture)

  • please post the recipe for the chocolate sauce that you use in the cornet! :) my friend and i just tried your technique and had so much fun. the cornet was successful but obviously not anywhere near your beauty. we used a guittard dipping chocolate, but it wasn't runny enough. do you add fat to chocolates to get the consistency?
