Nice. I helped in the lab with the newest generation of the Detroit Series 60. the last one they'll make. I hope the Detroit Diesel carries you far and safe at god speed my man.

I grew up in Henderson, KY and then moved to Murfreesboro, TN, so I've lived near 41 all my life. I've traveled every stretch of it from Vincennes, IN to Monteagle and the Alternate routes as well. I've ridden up the mountain several times on my motorcycle, and it never ceases to amaze me: the manpower it took to build such a road, especially back in 20's, Man alive!

How do you hold your camera? I loop a piece of duct tape and stick it to the dashboard. There is an area in front of the wheel where I think it gives about as driver's-eye view as you can get.
I think I'd rather try that than 52 north into Wytheville again.

Glad ya like it! If ya can talk him into running 41 sometime in the fall, it is awesome then. Thanks for watcing

It's called dueling banjos.

lol, True. But, I wouldn't be me, if I weren't giving someone a hard time, and I don't play favorites on who to choose. :P

This was a top of the line super highway back in the day and not even close to the worst stretch of road that i have been on. A good driver will adjust to the conditions and environment to compensate for any possible danger
Are you kidding? I wanted to hear the truck not dueling banjos

Yeahm it would have been better, but my editing software only lets me speed sound up to 2X speed, anything after that it mutes it. i think i did this in 4X speed. Thanks for watching and commenting
