@90magor thank you. No, I neither use any vitamins nor proteins, but I try to eat healthy meal: red fish, milk, products with short best-before date. and sure vegetables, fruits and nuts. In addition I force myself to fall asleep before 11 pm.
@max19019 yeah do you know if you want be a strong, you must eat 2 grames of protein(in meal) by your weight(if you are weight 70 kg you must eat 140 g of proteins)?? I eat bacon with egs, cottage cheese and oatmeal+ proteins every day!!!
@90magor I try to listen to what my organism asks for. No extra proteins. Cause I am working on strength, gaining weight is not the main purpose for me.
