Seth Burrill, host of the Angler's Xperience caught this giant walleye fishing at night in the fall. This fish is believed to be the largest walleye ever caught on film. The walleye was caught on a Rapala Glass Shad Rap size 7

  • wow there are alot of angry comments in here for a fishing video!

  • one time i caught an 18lb walleye in my bathtub

  • nice fish man what a beast.....stop by and check out some lures i have been working on

  • @johnny22190 you eat the small ones dumbass the big ones are the females and help keep the populations up for future generations

  • @JLRhino911 Then you mismeasured it. A 33 x 20.25 comes out to about 16.

  • @fishinwflies

No this was done certified scaled during a fishing tourney this was also weight after fish was swimming in cooler on ice for a few hours so it probably did lose some water weight...Store bought scales are generally always off...No need for a formula here...take fish...place on scale...it is what it is...

  • @JLRhino911 I have a really accurate formula that puts it at a bit over 14 pounds. It's a nice fish but that scale is reading heavy. I think your scale is reading light. Your 32.5 x 21 is heavier than 12.5 Maybe if you and them fished together you could use both scales and average them.

  • Nice catch! Guys

  • @JLRhino911 I agree with all of that.......nice fish tho

  • Here on Erie we see fish in that size range with bigger bellies....Nowhere near 16lbs...

One this year 32" with 19" of girth just a touch below 12lbs.

Last year one 32.5" 21" of girth was 12.5lbs...

A really nice fish here...but lets not get carried away....Id throw that cheap boga grip in the lake...
