Teaching the body to sense and feel at an intuitive/spinal level. By remaining calm, you will develop the ability to sense the attacker's intentions which precedes their action.

The lady in burgundy is Maria Barroga an ICU nurse. She was attacked by a drugged up patient and joined us to help cope with her fears and trauma from the experience. She'd never had any martial arts exposure and motivates us all with her courage, determination and dedication.

Dedicated perseverance triumphs over fear, doubt and self-inhibiting beliefs. Bravo guys & gals!

We appreciate and respect all martial arts.

  • good work:)

  • @novosibirsk11 Thank you :)

  • Systema knife work is fun and so praticial.I myself am very passionate about unarmed knife work

I have notice systema works very well for women and allows them to keep their femininity and be soft and pleasantly sweet and still kick some serious ass.

If you have seen women pratice systema are are a woman that does systema then you know I am correct in making these point.I have seen women in systema take hard hits with out a care.

Women that do systema can feel very safe and peaceful

  • @NewZealfighter What u say is very important, in light of a cultural importation that seeks to masculinize women. But at the end of the day, any technique for self-preservation must be EFFECTIVE.
