its awesome. it shifts so fast & does rev matching. it takes a split second to process the command after the paddle is pulled, but pretty neglible.
some prefer stationary paddles, but I've really dropped into the paddles on the steering wheel.
I haven't had any issues so far (touch wood) but that BMW warranty covers it for the next 4 years!
