She says "óculos escuros", wich means Sunglasses in Portuguese. It's because Nelly Furtado wrote this song for Divine, and Nelly has a Portuguese background, but she's Canadian like Divine. Both incredible artists, who diserve lots and lots of success!

What's the short chorus in between? It kinda sounds like "oculos oscuros" which is a way of saying sunglasses in Spanish but I can't be 100% sure

She is saying oculos escuros in portuguese, but it does mean sunglasses, because I speak portuguese myself.
