Oh my gosh, i did all the don'ts when i was a kid. I remember now and i've always thought i inherited the myopia from my Dad (he's short-sighted as well but not as bad as i am). Now i'm 28 and can't see far and can't read or write withouth glasses. I ish i had known much ealier. Thank so much for this video. I now know how to prevent my kids from Myopia. Thanks once again.
