  • Down to where?

  • @laturner1911

Dallas/ Fort Worth...We are now training with Travis Lutter in the Fort Worth area. His jiu jitsu is world class. Where are you stationed right now.

  • Gods I wish I lived there but unfortunately being in the Marines limits my area of living. When I get out though I'm going to try and move to where I can get into a traditional school and keep going up in belts. I've been a white belt for two years and am still a long ways away from being a blue belt but I've done three NAGA's and I've placed 1st in the concellation area in all three so I think I'm doing okay.

    Hey Devil Dog

I know how it feels brother. I spent 4 years in the Army and 8 in the Navy. Keep doing what you are doing.

This video is a couple of years old now, if you watch some of our newest videos you will see how Josh has progressed. He just won the Championship belt for the Teen andvanced bantamweight division. Would like for you to move to the D/FW when you get out of the Marine Corps.

  • In California. (909) & (951)

  • Oh man your area is packed with some of the best Jiu Jitsu schools in the country. The kids will get some very technical training in your area and 5 is probably the best age to start. Of course it is also never too late to start either.

  • @4resg77 I'm stationed in North Carolina on Lejeune.

  • Yeah, you can see in the 2 tournament videos my son is going through a progression (position before submission) which we really stress to the kids. First video he dominated the position and then got stuck. Then he started trying submissions. In his last tournament he had 5 matches and finished 3 by submission. But through it all he still dominated the positions first. Feel free to message me anytime. What part of the country are you in?

  • Wow! Great technique. Kid also need to put in his time w/ squeeze!, had a solid triangle, but couldnt finish. Very impressed @ what you guys are teaching these kids-

  • Josh actually used his rubber guard in this tournament and went for submissions. He just needs to remember to squeeze his knees. He got his guard passed by not squeezing. Live and learn. Take it easy Brandon...
