Except that you CANNOT OD on oral vitamin D, and if it is possible, I've never seen it, and I've seen people take up to 100000 IU's daily for several days at a time.

cholecalciferol (d3) is the active ingredient in some rat poisons.
-
It's also safe, even in "higher" dosage. It takes up to 100.000 IU before it starts to display provable effects of overdose on a creature as small as a lab rat, scientists discovered. That means one can go up to as much as 50.000 IU as a human and still be safe, and that is a BIG dosage. Bottom line; although one might overdose in extra HUGE amounts; it's not even close to a threat even in bigger amounts.

no rat poison is sodium flouride, which is fda approved for adding to 66 percent of the water supply
:)
now they want to regulate all natural medicine and vitamins by codex alimentarius
I'm sure all 'accredited' institutions will agree with it too. bunch of lackeys and sycophants they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I plan on taking 50 000iU pills each day so be it to fight psoriasis, I don't think you can overdose but you can die from lack of vitamin D

I take 30,000 everyday!! 15,000 in the morning and 15000 @ night! There is new research that says using high doses of D3 is a supreme viral blocker and it boosts your immune system by 3-5 times normal levels!!!!
