This brings back fond memories of when Mtv was the best thing on TV. In the 80s it was nothing but music videos all the time, most of them hair metal, with the occasional sprinkling of Madonna, Run DMC, and The Fat Boys.

@MrChrisrwwatts yeah for sure, people always complain about guitar hero and cheap promoting and stuff, but whatever cause i dont see a whole lot from the modern pop genre on those games anyhow. And these days, if it aint pop, its probably awesome. So you put all these great bands and songs onto a series of music games for people to enjoy. This also gets people interested in playing music, like rockband really got me into drums and i have my own kit now, and im not interested in playing pop :P
