Are you seriously offended by this? Honestly, what did you expect? Did you think Jimmy Carr was going to let it go and not crack open the sexist and offensive stuff? Get real... the only reason you go and see him live, is because you like those jokes and you laugh at them. I'm sure she thinks he's a prick, but had it been aimed at anybody else, she would have laughed her tits red.

If it was outside the realms of comedy then I would agree. But it was in context as this was a comedy show. Admittedly there was an element of sexism in the comment that might be considered disturbing in wider society due to control of female sexuality by a patriarchal society but it could be argued Carr was taking the piss out of such attitutdes.

but sure he had to improvise. cudn't just say ok and move on. that wud been bad for the atmosphere and his image. still he got way out of line but out of fear of not rescuing this situation into something funny. this in mind it feels weird hearing ppl laugh about it. it's one huge lets save this moment together and avoid akward things ;) ppl laughing in the comments here...now thats rly weird cuz you dont laugh to save the situation which was the only reason pretty much
