二十年的烤鴨老店,不僅用的是台灣土番鴨,還特別用木炭火烤,皮脆肉嫩。剛烤好的鴨子,還熱呼呼地冒著煙,外面的皮烤到油油亮亮,裡頭的肉鮮嫩多汁,老闆熟練的切下薄薄的­肉片一整隻鴨子,可以切到滿滿一大盤,把肉片放在皮上,再沾上好吃現做的甜麵醬,口感紮實又肥美的鴨肉,讓人忍不住一口接一口。
