looks like molesting lil kids is ok according to Texan law if you're a cop. who knows how many will join the police force following this
now since justice has failed the best thing that can be done is divulge the names & addresses of these 3 cops and hope the people will...see to it that justice is done

Scary. It's natural to protect your child against 3 big male attackers. How in the world would he or the child know if they were plain clothes police???
Sounds like a sadistic version of the Keystone cops.
Did the real prostitutes and drug dealer ever get caught? I bet they're roaming free while innocent citizens pay the price physically and psychologically.
