@SneakyFox195 The pipe frame like most other cars are unlocked randomly at intervals of 500 coins i believe, I had to get 4000 for it, but its worth it! Good luck

i got 2000 coin yet i still did not get pipe frame as least i got blue 7 and B dasher

@TheAshSonic Not sure, really. You get new unlockables every time you reach a certain amount of coins. Thing is, the unlocks seem to be randomized.
