Another New Orleans Double Murder

A mid-afternoon shooting on France Street in New Orleans left 2 men dead. As Police arrived and began "taping" off the area and pushing gawkers back, An outraged Debra Gillmore, a lifelong resident of the neighborhood, began speaking to no one in particular about how dangerous it has become and how the City does nothing to help.
