Again, if you're French I would expect you to at least know what languages are spoken in a country right next to yours. The guy in this video alternates between Belgian-French and Belgian-Dutch (the latter is also called Flemish/Vlaams), not between Belgian-French and "Belgian language". "Belgian" doesn't exist.
