She's going to get paid. He's convicted of misdomeanor battery, so he will or already has lost his job. When you handcuff a persons hands, they no longer have the means to break their fall if they get pushed or thrown down. Even if the end result is unintended, the tax payers will end up paying for the damage that gets done.

He was found guilty today (Dec. 10) in Dal-Ass, Texas. He will get probation and a demotion and she will live with an ugly scar on her face. All is good and far in America. This would have been a non-issue with his "she fell down" statement had it not been for the video.
