If you didn't watch the 27 minute version, guess what? The state of NY gets NO, zero, zilch, in compensation or tax. We the people own these resources, they were made 110 million years ago and all of society should benefit. I don't understand how you can own something that was created so long ago that I can't even mentally visualize the time span.

I don't like the facts but they are presented in a very clear and dispassionate way by this gentleman. It's good to hear such a presentation of why fracking is no good here in NYState.

And how is it that the gas industry can say there is NO study that shows any problems with hydrofracking? Isn't the response to such a statement "bullshit"...
Well, for one thing, this isn't a study... it's s comment. Where's the "study"?
While this is informative, it is not written, it is not juried...
