I recently hooked the layout up to power. Except now, my 180 degree turns are way to sharp, and cause everything to de-rail. And also, I've been getting ideas to somehow get rid of the slopes, or just start over on another layout.

  • ahhh okay, ill look into it... Thanks a lot!

  • It is very common. Published by Model Railroader. Carried in most hobby shops. They can order it for you. Or, you can get it on-line from MR. $18.95, 144 pages. My bible when I planned my layout.

  • Is it a common book? One i can just pick up at any old train store?

  • May I suggest "Track Planning for Realistic Operation" before you start over? An outstanding book and a neccessity.
