I love how these cartoons weren't so frightened of being rude or politically correct, its part of life and so what if kids grow up watching cartoons that have some reality in them. I loved this cartoon when I was little and I know nobody who would have been offended then.

This, and Rocko got fired from the comic book store and worked for a phone sex...place. It was subtle, but it was THERE. Wow. And you know, Clarissa Explains It All actually mentioned the word "sex." I forget in what context though. 90's nick RULED.
