In this clip taken from Patanjali Yoga Sutras discourses, Paramahamsa Nithyananda gives abhyasa (practice) to be a technique to be constantly centered in higher states of consciousness. Questions like why disciples leave masters, and why masters constantly ask disciples not to leave are answered in this clipping.

  • This is one of the most powerful videos I have seen from Pramahamsa Nithyananda! Thank you so much for all of your compassion and teachings!

  • Oh, how perfect He is! How beautiful! I amgrateful to you, webmasters for putting these moments of great transmission on you tube. But, it is too painful to contemplate how long it has been since I laid eyes on His graceful figure, so, in His absence I must practice and I practice in his absence. Strong vitarka happenned in me on the first glimpse of Swamiji, on March 8th 2008. Nowadays I forget life before him! And to think that people would want to insult His image! Forever at your feet...

  • Thank you for this beautiful gift!

  • Thank You-Paramahamsa! : )

Thank You LifeBliss Foundation! : )

    Peace and Love.
