iCOP Technology - Industrial Custom Enclosures (ICE)

ICOP's Assembly PC is a light weight, rugged enclosure purposely designed for PC/104 system able to be used in an environment where wide temperature or drastic shock presents. This unique enclosure system is the first of its kind that provides the "Instant Custom Design" demand, which makes it a truly flexible, easy design.

Delivering the industry's highest level of PC/104 system serviceability, the Assembly PC greatly simplifies field retrofits, reconfiguration, and upgrades. ICOP can custom made the panel I/O board according to customer's application within a very short period of time and no minimum orders.

Enclosure is required in nearly every embedded application. ICOP provide a compact, light weight and flexible enclosure system by using any PC/104 CPU module. In the ICOP concept, customer can construct their PC/104 stack and attach cables with in an aluminum box.

The Assembly PC can be easily expanded to add additional segments. The housing with a water-tight seal, it can meet up to IP65 specification. Furthermore, the vibration isolator will protect PC/104 module assembles. The Assembly PC also designs to meet up the military requirement.
