yes, approximately so. and it does 40 mph (60 kmph) in about 3-4 sec. it gracefully surprises car drivers when you accelerate from signaled crossing and they hardly can see your shadowgraph in several seconds

I had a Harley try to show off on the road. I left him behind so fast that when he finally caught up he gave me a thumbs up. That felt great. I love mine. More than 24,600 miles and running like new.

@barcho777 I just bought an 04 with 700 miles on it.. It has more noise and vibration than any scooter I own.. I own four (2 Honda helix, Yamaha Morphous and the silver wing) Everything vibrates on the silver wing, The dash, the windshield. body panels.. Mostly when first accelerating. Smooths out as you go faster.. Overall.. I'm disappointing.. My morphous is on another level.. It goes about it's business with a smoothness and refinement that the honda can only dream of.

Very stable. They handle cross winds with ease. They are a HEAVY bike at 500+ pounds. They are also extremely comfortable. Maybe too comfortable at times. Sort of a luxury motorcycle. Very little vibration, very smooth, very much like having a second car. The only negative is people assume that its only 100cc or 250cc and constantly ask you how fast it will go or how good the gas mileage is. Hardcore bikers frown at them but I LOVE MINE!!
