RC Sport Flyer is reviewing the ST Model Fox EPO Brushless Scale Glider RR 71" - and this is the maiden flight. Richard Kuns shot and editing the video, with Mike Hoffmeister as the reviewer/pilot. The plane goes together very quickly with no surprises, and flies very well. It is quite aerobatic and has about 1:1 thrust/weight ratio so performance is quite spirited. It slows nicely for landing and the motor / ESC work very well as the motor spools up quickly and then the ESC has the right amount of brake to fold the prop quickly. Stay tuned for our review in an upcoming issue of RC-SF magazine!
I just ordered one of these from Tower Hobby. I've read a lot of good things about the ST Fox we'll see. I have the "Blaze" and it flys very well, more than happy with it, just hope the "Fox" flys as well. ST Models seem to put a lot of thought in there airplanes, the Blaze went togther very quickly.
Will report on flight performance asap...Good flying to all.
