Outside Ramona CA Softball. what appears to be a illegal alien dies while driving 80 mph through Ramona. He crossed on coming traffic hitting and taken down a Telephone pole, shutting off power to the immediate area. He died on impact. Very graffic video. Alcohol did play a part in the accident. DONT DRINK and DRIVE
