thanks for the kind words. What you see here is a result of about 25 years of training, so I tried to spread out those years into only 5 different techniques.

@flipkick1 Nice. It's always good to see some original movements. These self-defence demos are always a hit with an audience. I particularly like the modified MMA crucifix lock at about 1:00 :-)

saseong, standards at your school may not be nearly as high. Master yourself and your techniques, and your opinions might actually be worth something. You have much to improve upon in your kicking and breaking... but start with being humble first...
