One of my fav places in the world, the only place that feels like home to me and it once was. I lived there until I was 9yrs old Im now 27. I lived in the first house you come to in the yard. My dad was one of the keepers, but we had to move when it became automatic :-(

Did the fog horn go off at all? I didn't realise you could still get down to the cove there. I have a picture of of the old fog signal building as rubble when the cliff decided to give way under it- as you enter the court yard it was right in front of you. There was also another house joining onto the lighthouse, but that was demolished as it was under threat too.
