UUUhhh, doing that in a show... respect. I did that twice. once right, once left arm, waering a silver chain through my biceps since (and the only way to get that piercing is to do it... First the skin is squisched between needle and muscle, than the muscles skin is penetrated, hurting like electruocuted, than a short while of harmless pressure, while the needle traverses the muscle, than the muscles skin again which is full of nerves, and finally the arms skin... It is hell...
