  • How old is this kid?

  • Gabriel is 21 now, but this video was taken in May 2004...

  • nice! what steps did he take to get int the 90's

  • Gabriel and his brother Renato trained with Juan Yanez (a Cuban baseball coach) from 2003 to 2005. Physical preparation and balanced diet were also important.

  • where is he now?

  • auehaueh, Goro Shigenooo!!!

  • @sullivanyankee2 come on man you are really going to tell me a little shit like you and your league is really going to crush this guy. give me a break

  • na man im in middle school eighth grade if this guy dosent have a curve ball or an off speed pitch even the kids in my league would smash him

  • hey man, maybe in the states yea, but here in canada, its not like that. Ive seen guys who are 6'7 and throw like 85 mph, get scouted just cuz they are big and have potential. Im 6' i throw 89mph and i have no been scouted... if i was 6'4 people would look atm e differently.. trust me here in canada scouts are garabage and do not know where to look. In the states its prob different.

  • eu to no infantil do gecebs de beisebol ja fui paa seleçao 3 vezes la em toquio ganhei premio de melhor pitcha

  • @robert33182 hmmm..you are wrong...if you are really good you go far , it doesn't matter how tall you are.....5'7 people hitting 88????..... If they are 18 they will play college D1 baseball for sure...It's not usual seeing a 5'7 pitcher in the Majors...why? simply because small people don't develop the required amount of strenght to throw mid-90's....But if a 5'7 pitcher is more consistent and has better pitches than a 6'5 , scouts will get the 5'7 one for sure :))

  • Way to paint the corners!
