The Brennan Center celebrated the release of Money, Politics and the Constitution: Beyond Citizens United, a collection of essays by leading constitutional scholars. The release featured a debate between Professors Richard Pildes and Geoffrey Stone on the merits of "electoral exceptionalism."

Michael Waldman, executive director of the Brennan Center, and Sam Issacharoff, NYU law professor, introduced the speakers.
