The Matilla Family has been selling real estate in the Playa Del Rey area since 1959, and Steven Matilla has been the managing broker and the company's top selling agent since 1989.

He specializes in single family, multi-family and land sales on the Westside of Los Angeles, particularly in the beach communities.

Matilla Realty became ERA Matilla Realty in 2004, and since joining the prestigious ERA brand Steve has achieved national award winner status in ERA's Leaders Circle and Premier Agent designations for years 2004, 2005 and 2007.

Steve is also a graduate of ERA's Top Academy and is currently President of ERA's Southern California Brokers Council.
