A local dj here, Scott Mateer, wrote this song. He was nominated for a Grammy for this song. He also was in the song Operation:Mindcrime by Queensryche. Unfortunately he passed away from diabetes in Dec. of 2006.

Great song, and overall not a bad video, but I don't think that's Lorrie's best look. That ill-fitting T-shirt looks a little stupid.

I remember Lorrie in the 80's when I was in the late 80's - 90's & she's kept true to great country.

I just love her & getting the video is awesome!

Lorrie Morgan has always had a voice like an angel. She is so beautiful and talented. This song is so sad and huanting. I remember when her husband died. Thanks for the post and the memories.
