Franklin University and Columbus State Community College (CSCC) have signed an agreement on March 2nd, 2009 that will allow community college students to complete their four year degree by taking three years of classes at CSCC, followed by a fourth and final year at Franklin University. This agreement is commonly referred to as a 3+1 degree completion agreement.

Franklin University and Columbus State Community College have had these 3+1 agreements in place since 1999, but this new agreement expands those offerings. CSCC students can now use the 3+1 agreement for many of Franklin University's undergraduate degree programs.
