No dude,America newer gassed 1,600 000 children or milions of woman,elderly persons and man based on their racial origin.This among other things are why Nazi crimes have no paralel in the history.Just here on Yu Tube you will find tens of thousands of Neo Nazis,holocaust denials,white supremacist etc.Neo Nazism is flourising in East Europe,Russia and US as well.In UK there are dosens of Neo-Nazi organizations although they do not have as much support as those in East Europe

Neo Nazism is not flourishing it depends on what country your in my country its only a select few and everyone either doesnt listen to them or hates them. Britian is the one of the most multi cultural society in the world. The German court decided to release him because of his age.

It would be "unreasonable" to detain a man of his age.

I wonder how many people he set free because of their age in Sobibor..

This man should be imprisoned for the rest of his natural life.... and then still he would get away easy with his crimes.

whats the point in charging a 91 year-old. I mean yes its very terrible what hes done but he can plead duress. He worked for the Soviet Army before being captured by Nazis and became a guard for SS only out of desperation if he refused he would of likley been shot. I would like to see anyone else say no you might say it behind a screen but in that situation you would do anything to live. The Nazis are history, charging a 91 year-old man who will likley die in a few years is just crazy.

I don't mean to insinuate that Demjanjuk was there; rather he was a Trawniki guard at Sobibor, Majdanek and Flossenburg. But that is 1 more nail in the coffin of Denial.
