Being useful towards others in bringing your heart into one's world too. Being at a level to where understands the one's you are talking with . Being of higher level only seperates and doen't bring each to the same level .The one you are speaking to knows this too well so with that there is not the code of getting more out of the employee . When you move forward with someone using the same level as your employee brings the employee closer . When doing this you will gain so much more inner.
